The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, CP Hakeem Odumosu, on Thursday commended Lagosians for their compliance of the directive issued by the Federal and State government for the closure of markets places, stores and other gatherings exceeding 20 as measure to curb the novel coronavirus pandemic.
The Lagos State government had on Tuesday, 24, ordered the closure of all market’s places and shops, with exemption to markets dealing in food items, medicines, water and other life saving related products.
The NCDC has confirmed 61 cases of the #COVID19 cases in Nigeria since it was first identified in China.
