The court of Appeal in Abuja has sacked Senator Dino Melaye representing Kogi West senatorial district, in Kogi state.
The court affirmed the judgment of the Kogi State National and State Assembly Election Petition Tribunal which earlier nullified his election.
Senator Dino had earlier been sacked by the Kogi state National and State Assembly Election Tribunal sitting in Abuja, but he appealed it.
However, INEC is to conduct fresh elections within 90 days from today.
