The Candidate of the African Action Congress (AAC) for Ikorodu East Senatorial District at the forthcoming February 16th poll, Comrade Shonubi Francis has on Sunday 20th of January 2019 joined the host of others in signing the Youth Against Violence Accord organised by The NotTooYoungToRun NTYTR team, Ikorodu Division.
The senatorial hopeful after a brief meeting with the team signed the popular peace accord in the company of Impact Magazine, Impact News Community and BlackBox Nigeria.
Shonubi assured that he is committed to the details of the Accord and urge the stake holders of Ikorodu Divison NTYTR to ensure they keep an eye and also monitor the process thoroughly till the end, he also told his followers and supporters to desist from any form of Violence during and after the election.
He spoke about his plans, pedigree and how his nickname ‘Mani Kongo’ came to be.
The meeting was well attended by members of the NotTooYoungToRun Ikorodu Division.
The movement finally ensures its committed to getting young people elected into office whilst also pushing for more inclusion in governance.
