The event which was held at the Lateef Jakande Auditorium had in attendance members of the Press, Media and Civil Society Organisations.
The Speaker registered his displeasure at the current state of dirtiness in and around the State which has made stakeholders believe the State Government is not efficient enough to handle the situation, which is fast defacing the State.
Speaker Obasa however noted that the lawmakers were fully working with the State Executive to make sure the situation is addressed. He also hinted that the now defunct Lagos State Waste Management (LAWMA) company may be hitting the roads shortly as VisionScape under the banner of Cleaner Lagos Initiative has been unable to achieve it’s only goal.
