Social media influencer Carter Efe emerged victorious over controversial street pop singer Portable in their highly anticipated celebrity boxing match held in Lagos.
The bout, which headlined the “Chaos in the Ring” event at the Federal Palace Hotel, drew massive attention from fans and the entertainment community, following weeks of intense rivalry and public exchanges between the two entertainers.
Portable who had earlier emerged victorious in the celebrity match against speed Darlington and Charles Okocha entered the ring with much enthusiasm and energy to defeat Carter Efe.
However, he lost his championship badge fter a unanimous decision proclaim Carter Efe as the winner.
According to reports, Carter Efe secured the win after a dominant performance in the ring, despite Portable’s confidence going into the fight based on his previous celebrity boxing victories.
The fight night, streamed globally, also featured several professional bouts, but the clash between the two celebrities remained the main attraction, pulling large crowds to the venue and online platforms.
However, the event was not without drama, as reports indicated chaotic scenes at the venue, including crowd control issues that briefly disrupted proceedings before normalcy was restored.
The result marks a major win for Carter Efe, settling the much-publicised feud and adding a new chapter to Nigeria’s growing celebrity boxing scene.
