The Lagos Youth Award has announced the opening of different categories of award for lagos state residents.
The LYA disclosed this on Thursday, through its Facebook page, as it called on Lagos youths to nominate “deserving young people in different categories”.
The categories, according to the LYA, are, Lagos Young Person of the Year; Most Outstanding Young Person in Agriculture; Most Outstanding Young Person in Arts; Most Outstanding Young Person in Broadcasting; Most Outstanding Young Person in the Diaspora; Most Outstanding Young Person in Entertainment; Most Outstanding Young Entrepreneur; Most Outstanding Young Person in Fashion; Most Outstanding Young Person in Governance; Most Outstanding Young Person in Health Services and Most Outstanding Young Person in Journalism.
Others are, Most Outstanding Young Person in Legal Practice; Most Outstanding Young Person in Literature; Most Outstanding Young Person in New Media; Most Outstanding Young Person in Public Service; Most Outstanding Young Person in Sports; Most Outstanding Young Person in Tech; Youth Advocate of the Year; and the Youth Brand of the Year.
However, the LYA noted that nominations should be sent its Gmail address, Lagosyouthawards@gmail.com, as the deadline for nomination is Wednesday, November 30, 2022.
