Burna Boy becomes first Nigerian Afrobeats act to sell out 3Arena in Dublin

Nigerian singer, Damini Ogulu, popularly known as Burna Boy, keeps setting the pace for Afrobeats outside Africa, as he sets another record in Dublin, Ireland.

Burna Boy became the first Nigerian artiste to sell out the 13,000 capacity 3Arena Dublin, Ireland for his Space Drift Tour. The multi-talented artist and performer had the entire energetic and hyped crowd singing one of his major hit songs, “Ye”.

The BET and Grammy Award-winning artist took to the stage on Thursday, March 17, to perform in front of a sold-out crowd and gave the people of Dublin, a night to remember.

The self-styled ‘African Giant’ joins the list of other ace artists who have shut down the iconic 3Arena Dublin. Names like Jay Z, Beyonce, Bruno Mars, Rihanna, Drake, among others.

Undeniably, the global impact of Afrobeats keeps growing, and many Nigerian artists keep growing and capitalizing on this. Another massive win for Burna Boy and Afrobeats.
