Among those at the Presidential Villa when Acting President, Professor Yemi Osinbajo signed the Appropriation Bill was the ‘most powerful’ cabinet member of President Muhammadu Buhari, the Chief of Staff, Abba Kyari.
The Chief of Staff led the executive members of the Government which included Finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun, Minister of Budget and National Planning, Senator Udoma, Special Adviser to the President on National Assembly Matters, Senator Ita Enang.
They were joined by leadership of the National Assembly which represented the Legislative.
