A close source had revealed to a national daily on Friday that Magu who was rejected by the Senate after he was sent for confirmation by Buhari has been removed from the position.

Ibrahim Mustapha Magu who was appointed in 2015 as acting Chairman of the Anti-graft agency was rejected by the Nigerian Senate some weeks ago on the basis that he has been indicted in a recent security report.
