By Fresh reports confirm that the activities of the Police currently going on in Port Harcourt, Rivers State is as a result of directives given from Abuja. The order came as result of disagreement between the two fractions in the party.
It was gathered that the Inspector General of Police authorized the sealing of the Sharks Stadium, the convention venue in order to stop the event from holding.
In another update, BBN gathered that the PDP have resolved to hold the convention in three months time in the Federal Capital Territory, Abuja. No specific date was given or the rescheduled convention.
