By The Osun state election tribunal has sacked Governor Ademola Adeleke as Governor BlackBox Nigeria has gathered.
The tribunal ruled that Governor Adeleke although eligible to contest didn’t win the 16th July 16th 2022 gubernatorial election.
The tribunal ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission to withdraw the certificate of return given to Governor Adeleke and return Gboyega Oyetola as the duly elected Governor.
The governor is expected to appeal the decision although it is unclear if status quo will be maintained.
