Breaking News! Davido and Dele Momodu finally bury hatchet as singer apologizes

The almost two year old beef between media mogul, Bashorun Dele Momodu and star act, Davido has finally been resolved BlackBox Box Nigeria has learnt.

Making the revelation on Instagram moments ago, the Ovation Publisher Magazine publisher shared photos of himself and the ‘Fall’ star embracing on stage after they made up.

Reconciliation!

Davido was a surprised guest last night at the 2017 edition of Ovation Red Carol leaving many attendees and guests excited.

According to his post, the reconciliation was made possible by Davido’s dad, Dr. Deji Adeleke.

“True reconciliation, great joy… God bless DAVIDO… God bless DR ADEDEJI ADELEKE for his uncommon maturity… God bless the MOMODU family for that simple heart… We are a family,” Dele Momodu wrote on his Instagram account.

It would be recalled that the bad blood started when Davido’s family made plans to travel to Dubai with his then infant daughter without making arrangements for the mother, Sophie Momodu who is Dele Momodu’s cousin to be on the train. The famed journalist stepped in preventing the Adelekes from leaving with the baby which steamed up animosity between him and the young music star. Davido went on to call out Dele Momodu on songs like ‘Osinachi’ and ‘Bad Baddo Baddest’ to the annoyance of many.
