By Breaking: Fresh PDP Faction Emerges, Opens Secretariat In Abuja
Reports reaching BlackBox Nigeria at this moments confirms the emergence of a new faction of the People’s Democratic Party. With the next General Election barely 14 months away. this might be a beginning of another crisis for the main opposition party.
According to reports by Sumner Sambo, TVC’s correspondence in Abuja, the new faction on Wednesday opened it’s secretariat in Asokoro Area of the nation’s capital. The members of the fresh faction are said to be members who kicked against results of the last convention by the Party. He also added that the fresh PDP is led by Mr Emmanuel Nwosu.
It was gathered that the new faction was as a result of imposition of a certain unity list of members that were announced winners of the December 9th National Convention. The Convention produced Mr Uche Secondus as the new National Chairman.
