Former Lagos Governor, Lateef Kayode Jakande is dead

A former governor of Lagos State, Alhaji Lateef Kayode Jakande is dead. BlackBox Nigeria gathered that he died at the age of 91.
Jakande who was governor between 1979 and 1983 died earlier today according to reports coming in.
He would be remembered as one of the best state governors Nigeria has ever produced with structural achievements which are still visible 38 years after leaving office.
