Nigerian singer, Bella Shmurda, has revealed how he hijacked a tricycle, from a stranger, to finance his musical ambitions.
Shmurda disclosed this in a documentary titled ‘Bella Shmurda: Tension in Ibadan 2024,’ where he unveiled the story behind his journey to stardom.
He recounted a ‘funny’ chapter from his past, stressing that he went extra miles just to pursue his musical aspirations.
Also, out of desperation, he shared that he signed a recording deal that didn’t ended well.
However, regretting his actions, he said, “I shouldn’t have rushed. We will never get to see the future. So everybody is rushing.
“I went into some things that didn’t later pay off. I went to sign a deal with rush which later was funny.”
Speaking about the reason for his new way of life, he attributed his newfound inspiration to the role of fatherhood.”
“Seeing my son inspires me. What’s on my head is, ‘Wettin this boy go see in the next 10 years?’ I don’t want him to see my old videos. I want him to see a new Bella,” Shmurda revealed, underscoring his commitment to personal and creative growth.
