By APC Leader, Tinubu Loses Son, Jide Tinubu
Mr Jide Tinubu has been reported dead after having a meal in Lagos, BlackBox Nigeria reports. He is the son of the National Leader of All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
A reliable source close to the residence of the late Jide disclosed that he gave up the ghost on Tuesday night after been rushed to the hospital.
It was gathered that he complained of chest pain shortly after having his dinner and was rushed to a nearby hospital where he eventually gave up the ghost.
The death of Mr Jide has been confirmed by the Lagos State Chairman of APC, Otunba Henry Ajomale.
In a letter issued moments ago, he called on members of the part to commiserate with the former State Governor.
The letter reads;
“It’s with regrets that I inform you of the demise of Mr. Jide Tinubu, the son of our dear esteemed leader, Asiwaju Nola Ahmed Tinubu”
“Please commiserate with him”.
Late Mr Jide is a Law graduate of the University of Liverpool, England. He obtained a Masters degree in Maritime Law from the University of London and was called to the Nigerian Bar in 1999.
The late lawyer had served as Promoter of TSL Limited and also worked in the Legal Department of Mobil Producing Nigeria Unlimited from January 2000 to September 2001. Prior to this, he had brief stints with Cargo Maritime, Paris, France, a firm of shipbrokers that specialize in petroleum product tankers, and Ocean and Oil Services Ltd.
