Nigerian real estate mogul, Chief Olu Okeowo Owns the biggest mansion on parkview, Ikoyi Lagos.

Chief Olu Okeowo is the founder and chairman of Gibraltar construction Nigeria Limited which was set up in 1987 with a background and execution of fabrication and Real estate projects.

He is obviously one of the richest men in Lagos and possesses the most outstanding and biggest mansion in Parkview, Ikoyi Lagos.

He is a silent philanthropist to a fault who he is dedicated to recreating a healthy society and also impacting humanity.

Among his notable philanthropic acts is the donation of a building to the department of physiotherapy, college of Medicine, University of Lagos. This is the biggest donation to the university by any private individual.

Sir Olu Okeowo, an indigene of Irewon, Ijebu ode in Ogun state is a Real estate business mogul, a knight of the John Wesley church who is known for his porch and expensive lifestyle even though he tries to lead a life free of public attention.

Sir Olu Okeowo was estimated to have a net worth of $250 million dollar which is equivalent to N 90.3 billion at an exchange of N 360 to $1.

Sir Okeowo displayed his grace and glamour via his mansion built on over 5 acres of land and sand filled water side with an estimated value of $12 million or approximately N4 Billion.

The white mansion which was built in a style similar to the Basile Palace in France is constructed over 3-floors in a Victoria style design in Park view, Ikoyi Lagos.

The Palacio de Okeowo is a 16 rooms edifice with a lawn tennis court, a chapel, a basketball court, an Olympic size swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a king size dining area, a cinema, a gym and a private jetty.

His domestic staffs from various countries of the world are also housed in a 2- floor building for staffs or staff quarters.

The interior decoration and finishing are stories on their own with chairs, doors and chandeliers made from gold. Even his fleet of luxurious cars are parked in an air-conditioned garage. To compliment his luxurious life style Sir Okeowo is reported to have in his fleet cars estimated to worth N 2 billion.

In a video seen by BLACKBOXNIGERIA, it was recorded that the business mogul owns 10 Rolls Royces, 2 Bentleys, 1 Escalade SUV, 2 G-Wagons, 1 Land Cruiser and 1 Range Rover SUV.

The house contains a chapel, jet ski-water body, helipad and more.
