The All Progressives Congress (APC) presidential candidate in the 2023 election, Bola Tinubu, has appointed the Governor of Kogi State, Yahaya Bello as the National Youth Co-ordinator of the Tinubu-Shettima Presidential Campaign Council.
In an appointment signed and conveyed in a letter addressed to Mr Bello by Mr Tinubu dated 8th August 2022.
Tinubu stressed that Gov Bello deserved the appointment owing to his impressive political achievements and exemplary leadership.
The APC presidential candidate added that he is confident that the Kogi governor would do his best in the new responsibility given to him so that the party could run an effective, message-driven campaign, leading to victory.
The letter reads, “By way of this letter, we are pleased to formally convey your appointment as National Youth Coordinator of the Tinubu/Shettima Presidential Campaign Council.
“This appointment is fitting and appropriate, given your impressive political achievements and exemplary leadership being demonstrated as governor of your state and as well as party member”
“We are grateful that you are among our campaign team as we are assured you will do your utmost in this new assign responsibility, so we conduct an effective, message-driven campaign leading us to victory in the 2023 presidential election”
“We shall move Nigeria along the path of national greatness and together we ensure victory for our party in the February 2023 election”, he said.
He congratulated Mr Bello and wished him God’s speed and guidance for accepting the assuring our highest respect and regards always,
