1. 4 goals category: Bruno Fernandes (Manchester United) and Michail Antonio (West Ham).
2. 3 goals category: Dominic Calvert-Lewin (Everton); Mason Greenwood (Manchester United); Demarai Gray (Everton); Romelu Lukaku (Chelsea) and Mohammed Salah (Liverpool).
