Afrobeats singer Seyi Vibez is currently not on good terms with fellow music star Adekunle Gold, popularly known as AG Baby, following what appears to be a brewing rivalry over their respective “Fuji” projects.

The rivalry ignites following Adekunle Gold’s latest album release. In the early hours of May 8, 2026, the singer, unveiled his new project titled Fuji (Fuji Extra). While the album announcement generated excitement among fans, one particular track has stirred controversy across social media.

The song, Life of the Faaji, quickly became a talking point due to a lyric many listeners interpreted as a subtle jab at Seyi Vibez.

In the line, “They love my fuji, this no be Fuji Moto,” Adekunle Gold appears to reference Fuji Moto, the album released by Seyi Vibez in November 2025.

The perceived dig did not go unnoticed, as social media users began buzzing over the apparent shade.

Seemingly aware of the comment, Seyi Vibez took to his official page on to respond.

In a strongly worded post, he lashed out at Adekunle Gold, calling him “wack” and criticizing his style.

He wrote, “Adekunle Gold you’re wack And your swag is wack Old fool!”

In a follow-up remark, Seyi Vibez added, “Adekunle panda Big bro, money! Big bro, yes,” further intensifying the exchange and drawing mixed reactions from fans.

The development has since sparked widespread debate online, with supporters of both artistes weighing in on the situation and dissecting the lyrics and responses.

Seyi Vibez’s Fuji Moto, released in November 2025, gained significant traction and features several notable tracks, including Pressure, Shaolin, Mario Kart, AMA, Macho, and How Are You, among others.
