“I know that many of us here present particularly women ,are familiar with the phrase “Breast feeding” and I know that phrase because breast milk has health benefits over and above other processed  baby foods like Cerelac ,SMA, and NAN.

“I think the health benefit of breast milk can not be the only reason why exclusive breastfeeding is the norm as planning as part of the world.

“A research was carried out ,which indicated that among bottle fare babies up to 1.6 million plastic are injected by the babies.

“In other part of the world this figure is higher because in all part of the world they do more of bottle feeding than breastfeeding .

“In North America for instance , that figure rises to 2.3million plastic injected annually .

“I know that one of the major diseases that inflicts our breast is Cancer .

“Cancer, we have learn from the opening remarks of Major Ani Commanding Officer of the Medical Center ,is up to 36.610 Annually among women particularly, the rate is between 36.3 – 22.2 cases among women.

“The high rate of cancer requires that we all take education on Cancer very seriously and that emphasis of this world breast Cancer day so I must appreciate the medical core for including in their training curricular .

“I also appreciate the Commanding Officer of the 9 Brigade Medical Center for the kind of things we organized in this beautiful program today .

“We appreciate the kind gesture of other sponsors that also assisted in making this event a success .

“I want to encourage women to take all they’ve learnt here very seriously because the earlier you detect breast Cancer is very expensive in Nigeria between 2.1 million to 29.2million depending on how early you detect it so the earlier the better Jacob Wexer’s research indicated that people generally both men and women now who engaged in exercises early in the morning have less risk of Cancer and particular breast Cancer is sampled 1,763 of breast Cancer ,and among those cases of Cancer ,he discovered that, about rural cases among women who engaged in household shores so my last word to women is that even if you can not wakeup to do exercise in the morning ,you can not go round the Barracks or a secured environment to do exercise you can at least wakeup very early to engage in household shores from time to time particularly this period of Covid19,equipped your bathe room with disinfectants like detol, hypo, hand wash material ,all these helped you to fight out Covid19 pandemic deseases.”
