50-0 Undefeated! Boxing Champion, Floyd Mayweather Knocks Out McGregor

Leader of The Money Team and Boxing Champion, Floyd Mayweather Jr has now completed a streak of 50 matches undefeated in his career after beating Conor McGregor at the 10th round of their bout.

Mayweather despite having slow start in the early rounds finished off McGregor in a Technical Knock Out in the 10th round. The TBE star started to introduce himself proper in the 4th round and carried on till the eight round.

In the ninth round, McGregor hurt Mayweather with an early shot, but his recovery, Mayweather returned his dominant round of the fight, peppering McGregor who was already tired over and over with big shots.

The referee was forced to stop the match in the 10th round after Mayweather landed several shots at McGregor which were left unanswered which as he was just stumbling around in the ring.

Speaking after the fight, both boxers unanimously announced their intentions to retire. Mayweather disclosed that he chose the right fight to end his career.

“I chose the right dance partner for my last dance. This was my final final fight,” he declared.

His opponent, McGregor accepted he was floppy during the match as he attributed it to being tired.

He said, “I thought it was close. I get a little floppy when I get tired. Floyd was a lot more composed, you have got to give it to him. I don’t know if I will box again.”
