Former President, Dr Goodluck Ebele Jonathan has revealed he was not comfortable with how 2015 presidential election was handled by Prof Attahiru Jega, former chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
Jonathan also alleged that due to the contributions of the Americans by encouraging the former chairman of the comission to go on with the election when about 40 percent of Nigerians had not collected their PVCs, the election cannot be regarded as credible.
The ex-president made this disclosure in a book written by Segun Adeniyi, titled ‘Against the Run of Play’, where he also defended his decision to postpone the election, saying it was for security reasons.
