By 2023: In Tinubu We Trust, We’re Working Hard To Convince Him To Run – Olabanji-Oba Reveals
The National Matron of the Tinubu Media Team (TMT)2023, Hon Princess Folashade Olabanji-Oba has revealed how the group has been working assiduously to convince the National Leader of the APC, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu to contest in the next presidential election.
Hon Olabanji-Oba in a live chat with Kurukuru Oshodi-Isolo platform added that the TMT2023 is a pressure group championing a cause as they believe and trust in Tinubu, especially his style of leadership.
She stated that while the group was still in discuss with Tinubu, a two-time Governor of Lagos State, they are currently working on gathering more members for the party.
She said, “For us, it is Asiwaju Tinubu. We pray he heeds to our call when the time comes. Until then, we are working in different communities bringing more people to join our party, the Winning Team.
“His leadership styles over the years have seen him building disciples, these have earned him all we are doing now. Now, it is our turn to do for him too and then raise more disciples.
“We are certain that the present administration of President Muhammadu Buhari will deliver on all the party’s campaign promises and Nigerians will be happy to still stay with the party beyond the 2023 general elections.”
She continued, “You know politics is a game of numbers, so we are educating and sensitising the different communities across the country on the need to participate in politics.”
She also added that the group will be having different training and empowerment programs to help the communities grow.
