By Constituents numbering above 188,000 have joined to sign the register to recall Senator Dino Melaye from the Senate, BlackBox Nigeria can report.
Sources disclosed to BBN that the process to recall the Kogi West Senatorial District started weeks ago when the electorate decided to withdraw Senator Melaye as their representative in the Upper Chamber of the National Assembly.

BBN gathered that after the signing of the register, it is to under some process which includes the submission to the Senate President who is empowered to play a major key role.
According to relaible sources, Senator Abubakar Bukola Saraki on receipt of the signed recall register is expected to tender it to the other 108 lawmakers after which their decisions will be recorded.

It was learnt that the final process which is the Aye/Nay prayers of the lawmakers will determine if indeed the Kogi West lawmaker will be recalled or not.
All fingers remain crossed as the signing process continues and reactions have since commenced as Nigerians have started commenting, deliberating if the Senate will complete and play its part in accepting the wish of the constituents who have signed the register.
