If the words of Special Adviser to the President on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina can be taken in context, then President Muhammadu Buhari after 104 Days In London due to medical reasons might be on his way back to the country.

In a statement made available to BlackBox Nigeria, the Special Adviser stated that President Muhammadu will address the country on Monday by 7am in a nationwide broadcast.

It will be recalled that the prolonged stay of the Nigerian President in far away London has generated different issues among the citizens back home as many have been calling on him to return back to his duty post or resign from same.

President Muhammadu Buhari returns to the country later today, after receiving medical attention in London.

The President had left the country on May 7, this year, after handing over power to Vice President Yemi Osinbajo, who has functioned as Acting President since then.

President Buhari is expected to speak to Nigerians in a broadcast by 7 a.m on Monday, August 21, 2017.
He thanks all Nigerians who have prayed ceaselessly for his recovery and well-being since the beginning of the health challenge.
