Zenith Bank’s Jim Ovia Acquires American International School in Lagos

The American International School Lagos (AISL), Lekki Campus Facility has recently being acquired by James Hope College (JHC).

This was confirmed at the signing ceremony held yesterday at the Civic Center, Victoria Island, Lagos.

The event was graced by Lagos State Governor, His Excellency, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the United States Ambassador, represented by Carol Cox, the Chairman of AISL Board, Ali Safieddine and other prominent persons.

The Chairman, James Hope College, and founder of Zenith Bank, Jim James Ovia, stated that the college will continue to offer full scholarship based on merit to 40% of all admitted students.

James Hope College, a co-educational initiative of the Jim Ovia Foundation offers a combination of British and Nigeria curricula; JHC is also accredited by the Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE), Pearson Edexcel Examinations as well as British Schools Overseas (BSO).

The newly acquired college will be open for students as from September 2020.
