The Yoruba Nollywood scene has been thrown into mourning following the demise of popular actor and filmmaker, Osmond Gbadebo.
His colleague in the industry, Yomi Fabiyi announced the development in an Instagram post on Tuesday morning, describing the passing of the movie star as “a deep painful loss”.
Fabiyi wrote, “So so sad and a deep PAINFUL LOSS, OSMOND GBADEBO.
“You are a fighter and safe to say you have GONE TO REST. Ever jovial, Ever supportive, Ever Friendly. Rest in Peace & Power.”
Though details about the actual cause of his death are still sketchy at the time of filing this report, other colleagues of the deceased have taken to social media to mourn his death.
The late actor was known for his appearance in movies like Ewon Ife (2021), Queen Lateefat (2021) and Edunjobi (2007).
