By Yaba Lawmaker Purchases Pumping Machine For Community
Hon Solomon Gbinigie Mansolo on Monday donated a new pumping machine to his Ward A in Yaba LCDA, where he currently serve as the Councillor.
According to him, the borehole located at Olayinka Street, by Simpson Street has been abandoned for about five months when the previous pumping machine got damaged. He inspected the installation of the new machine which then brought life back to the borehole.
BlackBox Nigeria gathered that the Local Council lawmaker stated that he didn’t wish to make the installation of the pumping machine a public affair, but only for record purpose as it was not his wish for cameras to be present at the site. He made this assertion while reacting to a comment made by a social media user who told the newly elected Councillor to do more for his community without calling people to see it as project.
