Why I Am Contesting To Represent Ward D(A3) In Ikorodu – Amodu Taofeek Olorunjedalo

In a bid to bring effective leadership and address community needs, Amodu Taofeek Olorunjedalo has officially announced his intention to contest for the position of councillor in Ward D, Ikorodu local government, Lagos State, in the upcoming election.

In a statement to the people of ward D, Olorunjedalo explained the driving forces behind his decision to contest for the position of Councillor in Ward D (A3), Ikorodu Local Government, Lagos State, in the upcoming election.

His campaign slogan “Jeda Is Concerned” reflects his commitment to the community, highlighted the importance of grassroots lawmaking and good governance in ensuring sustainable development and progress.

In his statement to the people of Ward D, Olorunjedalo said, “I believe effective representation at the local level is crucial for the development and well-being of our people. This is why I have decided to offer myself for service.”

He went on to emphasize his core belief in the mantra “Your Voice, My Action,” stressing that he will prioritize listening to and addressing the concerns of residents. He also promised to create a harmonious working relationship between the legislative and executive arms to promote the full benefits of local government autonomy and the realization of President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s Renewed Hope agenda in the ward.

His candidacy also promises to bring more focus to oversight functions and attract impactful projects that will benefit Ward D.
