By Toni Payne, the former wife of Gongo Aso crooner, 9ice has revealed that she is currently waiting for the man that will sweep her off her feet once again.
She made the disclosure in a television interview on a breakfast show. The topic for discussion bothered on the societal view of marriage of ‘single mothers’.
Toni disclosed to the Ladies of Your View on TVC that she never got a divorce with Abolore Adigun Alapomeji Alexander Ajifolajifaola even though they have both been separated for several years.
Both of them got married in 2008 and suffered a crisis which led to their split. Their son, Zion, currently lives with the mother, Toni in the United States of America.
She stated that the bottle necks involved with divorce cases in the Nigerian judiciary system forced her to forget filing for one with the singer.
When asked if she was ready to go into marriage again, she was all smiles as she revealed that she is waiting for the man who she will take the vow with again.
