Cristiano Ronaldo has instructed his agent to help him get a new club following Manchester United’s poor performance in the past weeks.
The Portuguese, who returned to Old Trafford during the summer transfer, appeared to be running out of patience due to the club’s performance which is below the par. Despite acquiring the service of Ralph Rajnick, United’s woes continue as they succumb to a 1-0 defeat to Wolves in their last Premier League outing.
Ever since Rajnick’s take over as the interim manager, Man United have managed to win just two out of their last four matches. The German embarked on a difficult task of reviving the Red Devils, but they currently sit seventh on the Premier League table.
Despite Ronaldo’s outstanding performance ever since his return, United are yet to get their bearing which has left Ronaldo skeptical of Rajnick’s tactics. Deploying 4-2-2-2 formation since his takeover, the performance of the team has not been too impressive.
Considering Ronaldo’s agent, Jose Mendes’ relationship with Barcelona’s Director of Football, Mateu Alemany, the Catalan giant looks like a potential destination for the Ronaldo.
Though a stint with Barcelona might look unrealistic, the disapproving performance of Man United might see Ronaldo not completing his two-year contract with the club.
