i feel for the parents.Unfortunate.The ugly Nigeria situation has dealt them a heavy blow.Blame APC for the road block. However APC left the control of traffic in the hands of appropriate authority- LASMA which should have redirected all traffic away from the venue through other exit routes.
In the unfortunate situation, the LASMA officer that was claimed to have been approached by the child’s father would have done a lot more to assist the situation. Sitting in the car and clearing traffic for an emergency situation is one option that would have been acclaimed. We just dont have feelings for one another. Very Sad.
