The Netizens of Twitter Community on Thursday called out popular Nigerian artiste and songwriter, Damini Ebunoluwa Ogulu, alias Burna Boy, for saying ‘Nigerians deserve the kind of leaders they have’.
The artiste who made the video in response to the recent fire outbreak in the office of the Accountant General of the Federation, Abuja, said Nigerians ought to use the power of Twitter to call out corrupt politicians and political practices rather than clamoring for the arrest of Funke Akindele.
In other news, Blackboxnigeria reported that Actress, Funke Akindele-Bello, popularly known as Jenifa, and her musician husband, Abdul Rasheed Bello, alias JJC Skillz, were on Monday sentenced to 14 days of community service for violating the Lagos State Government’s lockdown order to limit the spread of the coronavirus.
Keyboard warriors on the Twitter front who were not willing to let the video by Burna Boy slide, termed him “Ikorodu Lucky Dube”.
