United States President Donald Trump has announced that American B-52 bombers and strategic missiles have bombed Iran’s nuclear facilities in Fordo, Natanz, and Isfahan in the ongoing conflict between Israel and Iran that has now entered its tenth day.

In a social media post on Truth Platform, Trump confirmed that the airstrikes were designed to “totally obliterate” Iran’s nuclear ambitions and send a clear message to Tehran to “make peace or face far greater attacks.”

“Iran must understand — we will not tolerate nuclear threats,” Trump declared.

“What happened today will happen again, at a much larger scale, if Iran refuses to stand down.”

The strikes, carried out with bunker-busting bombs dropped from B-2 stealth bombers and Tomahawk cruise missiles, targeted key uranium enrichment sites, including the heavily fortified Fordo facility, hidden deep inside a mountain.

According to Israeli officials, the strikes were executed in full coordination with Israel.

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu praised the operation as a bold decision that would change the course of history.

In response, Iran’s Foreign Minister, Seyed Abbas Araghchi, condemned the strikes as outrageous and a grave violation of international law, warning of everlasting consequences.

“The events this morning are outrageous and will have everlasting consequences. The U.S. has committed a criminal act, and every member of the UN should be alarmed,” Araghchi wrote on X.

While Iran’s state media confirmed parts of Fordo were hit, it downplayed the extent of the damage.

Tehran has already vowed retaliation, threatening to target U.S. interests in the region. Earlier in the week, missile attacks were launched at Israeli targets, with explosions heard near Jerusalem.

Back home, Trump’s announcement has triggered a deep divide in Washington.

Republican lawmakers hailed the move as a decisive step against global threats, while Democrats expressed concerns over the U.S. being pulled into another open-ended war in the Middle East.

“This president is risking the lives of American soldiers and citizens in yet another reckless act,” a Democratic senator said.

As tensions in the Middle East continue to rise, global leaders and the United Nations have called for restraint and a renewed push for diplomatic solutions.
