The Wife of the Senate President and former first lady of Kwara State, Her Excellency Mrs. Toyin Ojora Saraki has congratulated the Attorney General of Kwara State, Barrister Kamaldeen Ajibade who was just elevated to Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN) by the Legal Practitioners’ Privileges Committee, LLPC along with 29 others; including prominent Lagos Lawyer, Justice Festus Keyamo.

Barr. Ajibade was born on November 21, 1963 and has worked with Kwara State Government as Special Assistant to the Executive Governor on Legal Matters, Director-General, Bureau of Lands; is currently the Kwara State Attorney General and Commissioner for Justice. He obtained his L.L.B (Hons) from Ahmadu Bello University, Zaria.
Mrs. Saraki, Founder-President of Wellbeing Foundation Africa, the pioneer Nigerian maternal and child health advocacy, who also serves as Global Goodwill Ambassador to the International Confederation of Midwives, headquartered at The Hague, who also obtained her L.L.B degree from the London School of Oriental and African Studies, her L.L.M from King’s College London, both of the University of London, had attended the Nigeria Law School in Lagos with Barr. Ajibade, alongside Dr. Ali Ahmad who is currently the Honorable Speaker, Kwara State House of Assembly, all three being called to the Nigerian Bar same year, in 1989.
The new SANs will be sworn in by the Chief Justice of Nigeria, CJN, Justice Walter Onnoghen on September 18.
