Barely days after receiving a wheelchair, Lagos State University Computer Science Education undergraduate, Barnabas Ajibade Raji has also donated a wheelchair to another student in the University.
Newly Matriculated LASU Student Gets Wheel-Chair Courtesy Of Students’ Affairs Division
It will be recalled that Barnabas, a needy student got the delivery of a wheelchair on Monday, April 10th after his plight for one was made known by an official of the University’s Centre for Information, Press and Public Relations (CIPPR), Mr Jeariogbe Olaniyi Sam.
The mobility device was donated by the Students Affairs Division and the recipient, Barnabas was all smiles.
In same week, he got delivery of yet another wheelchair, but rather than keep it for optional use, Barnabas Ajibade donated it to a student in Faculty of Management, who was also in need.
Just like how he was elated days ago, Barnabas elevated the mind of Iyede David Morgan as he donated his second wheelchair to him.
Delta State-born Morgan is a 300L student of Banking and Finance. He is popularly called Dave by fellow Faculty members.

This kind gesture got the attention of all, including the Dean of Faculty of Management Sciences, Prof Banji Fajonyomi and other officials.
BlackBox Nigeria gathered that Dave is a scholar as he currently boasts of a strong Cumulative Grade Point Average of 3.82 (Second Class Upper Division).
BBN also gathered that the second wheelchair was donated by an health service provider in Lagos State which preferred anonymity.
Present at the presentation of the wheelchair were, Director Centre for Nigerian General Studies, Prof Abiodun Akinpelu who is also a guardian to Barnabas, Dean of Students Affairs, Dr O Obayori, Head, Banking and Finance Department, Dr Sikiru Ashamu, PAR and AR, Students Affairs, Mrs O O Dosunmu and Miss Olubunmi Agosu.
27th LASU Students Union President, Com Kappo Samuel Olawale was also present.

In his words, “When I am able to do, I will sow into someone’s life” Barnabas said as the gathering came to a close.
