President Bola Tinubu congratulated former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo on his 68th birthday, praising him for his dedication and service to Nigeria.
Tinubu’s statement was signed by his Special Adviser on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga on Saturday.
Osinbajo served as Vice President from 2015 to 2023 under former President Muhammadu Buhari, working collaboratively to deliver good governance and critical infrastructural projects.
Tinubu highlighted Osinbajo’s exemplary performance when he briefly acted as President during Buhari’s medical vacation in the UK.
He also acknowledged their successful partnership during his tenure as Lagos State Governor, where Osinbajo played a key role in implementing political and judicial reforms as Attorney-General and Commissioner for Justice.
The President joined Osinbajo’s family, friends, and associates in wishing him many more years of good health and success.
