By The news making round that the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu tested positive for coronavirus is false.
This is according to his spokesperson, Tunde Rahman who described the information as “a lie from the pit of hell.”
BlackBox Nigeria learnt that the former Lagos State governor was rumoured to have contracted COVID-19 while abroad.
Rahman, in a statement obtained by BlackBox Nigeria, said Tinubu is very fine and not sick, adding that multiple tests conducted on him came out negative.
“He (Tinubu) does not have COVID-19. If you must know, we have done COVID-19 test 15 times, each time he felt we had travelled and mingled with many people and could be vulnerable even though he always wore his face mask, but he has been certified negative 15 times,” he said.
He stated that the APC National Leader is presently in London resting, and not France as claimed by the reports.
