By It was not only students that were thrilled and enjoyed the Lasu Choice Awards 2016 yesterday as both academic and non-academic present sure enjoyed the time spent in the main auditorium which played host for the event. The institution’s press office boss simply commended the organizers and asked they should be applauded by all.
In an exclusive chat with BlackBox Nigeria, Mr Adekoya Martin, the acting Head of Centre for Information, Press and Public Relations, welcomed the development of the ceremony. He gave kudos to the organizers of the event and called on all the university community to participate in the repositioning the institution to better grounds.
He also said the organizers, who are graduates of the institution really performed well in bringing the event to fore and called on others to participate in future programs, which will help portray the Lasu brand to others
He called for more collaboration in the coming events as he said it will be an avenue to open the institution’s ambience to outsiders and promote the brand in totality.
