Suspended CJN Onnoghen drags President Buhari to court 

Suspended Chief Justice of Nigeria, Justice Walter Onnoghen will this morning drag President Muhammadu Buhari to court for unduly suspending him. 

BlackBox Nigeria gathered that the embattled CJN has gathered a team of senior lawyers who are tasked to challenge the legality of the President’s decision to remove him and swear in his surbordinate, Justice Tanko Mohammed in acting capacity.

It was gathered that Onnoghen will be praying the court to declare his removal as illegal stating that the President was wrong to have based his action on the CCT petition despite an existing Appeal Court injunction.
