By The Supreme Court led by Justice Sylvester Ngwuta removed Senator Abubakar Danladi as a lawmaker in the National Assembly.
Senator Danladi until today represented Taraba North Senatorial District under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party. His removal is coming same day Hon Hermad Hembe was removed from the House of Representatives.

Danladi until 2015 was the Deputy Governor of Taraba State who acted in capacity of Acting Governor after the Governor suffered complications due to a plane crash incident.
BlackBox Nigeria gathered that Danladi was in 2014 reinstated by the Supreme Court as Deputy Governor after he was impeached. The apex court declared then that he was not given fair hearing before he was sacked.
Just like the verdict given in the case of Mr Hembe, Danladi was also ordered to return all the benefits he got whole serving as a lawmaker.
