1. Nigeria’s honorary global arts and culture ambassador: Following his viral accolades after the Ojude Oba festival, Mr Oreagba’s first recognition came from the government. The Director General of the National Council for Arts and Culture, Obi Asika in July named Farooq Oreagba the agency’s Honorary Global Ambassador. This has seen him become an influencer for the Nigerian culture. As part of his work, he was one of the dignitaries at the recently held Ofala Festival in Onitsha, Anambra state.

With rivals, Glo being sponsors of the Ojude Oba, whoever thought the trendy finance expert would cup an ambassadorial deal would have expected it to come from the Mike Adenuga owned company but Airtel played a fast one on everyone by detailing Faroq Oreagba.
Everyone awoke to a new commercials from Airtel with Farooq telling the world how limitation meant nothing.
