BBN Reporter: Congratulations Miss Lucia from emerging the winner of this Beauty pageant. What was your greatest challenge during the competition?
Miss Lucia: My greatest challenge was the stage. I had stage fright and I had to encourage myself, if someone can do it then I can. I worked on my confidence and killed the stage fright.
Reporter: What motivated you to push through the challenges?
Miss Lucia: My family and my friends motivates me, whenever I feel alone I remember they are there for me and there prayer and love keeps me coming. Its from them, I draw my strength.
Reporter: Do you have any role models, who are they?
Miss Lucia: Agbani Darego is my role model. I look up to her and I admire her for the height she attained. Its not easy being the first black African to win the Miss World title and she still remain the only Nigeria to attain that height.
Reporter: Before you go, quickly drop a word or two for the Girl Child.
Miss Lucia: My advice for the girl child is this, chase your dreams no matter what people do or say to stop u. When u finally achieve your dreams, those people that looked down on you will finally look up to you.
Reporter: Thank you for speaking with BlackBox Nigeria, we wish you a splendid tenure as the Queen of Imo State, Nigeria.
