By A yet to be identified soldier has shot himself dead in Buni Geri, Yobe state, Blackbox Nigeria gathered.
The deceased soldier was alleged a thief after he bought a fairly used phone.
A source confirmed that the deceased was beaten and “intimidated” by his superiors.
While he was being beaten, a video was made, which his wife got to see on one of the social platforms.
Though the Nigerian Army is yet to release any official statement, the deceased left behind a note, explaining the ugly incident which lead to taking his life.
