By Nigerian singer, Ikuforiji Olaitan Abdulrahman, popularly known as Oxlade has apologized to his fans following his leaked sex tape which caused uproar on social media.
Recall that a video clip of sexual activity belonging to the “Away” crooner as well as his nude photos flooded the internet on Wednesday.
The sex tape, which went viral on Twitter, was leaked via Snapchat. Some Nigerians while reacting to the leaked clip have since criticized the musician.
Breaking his silence over the matter, Oxlade took to his official Twitter page on Saturday to apologize to the lady in the clip, saying she did not deserve the kind of exposure she got.
The embattled singer also tendered an apology to his fans and well-wishers for the embarrassment his actions caused them.
He wrote, “I am conscious that my business is out in the public and I am not that type of person to put my business out there.
“Betrayals are very real and in the same token I want to apologize to the woman in the video, who didn’t deserve this type of exposure and lastly apologise to my fans and well-wishers.”
