Senator Breastfeeds Months Old Baby As She Moves Motion On Senate Floor

Senator Larissa Waters has emerged as the first lawmaker to breastfeed her baby while moving a motion on the Senate Floor of the Australian parliament.

BlackBox Nigeria gathered that she recently became the first female lawmaker to breastfeed in the parliament.

Larissa is the Senator representing Queensland, Australian Greens. She was elected to the position since 2011. She is the Deputy Leader of the Senate.

The 40-year-old mother was seen breastfeeding her infant daughter, Alia Joy while she was moving a motion during an official session in the Senate chamber and has since made news headlines.
