Rotary Club International Partners First Bank To Renovate Classroom In Lagos

ROTARY CLUB INTERNATIONAL PARTNERS FIRST BANK TO RENOVATE CLASSROOM IN LAGOS

In the bid to reach out to its immediate society, the Rotary Club International, District 9110, Nigeria in collaboration with First Bank of Nigeria and with the support of three other clubs in the district has renovated a block of three classrooms in Saint Joseph Senior Secondary School in Mushin Area of Lagos State.

BlackBox Nigeria gathered that, the three other clubs in collaboration with the Rotary International District 9110 in birthing this unprecedented innovation are; Rotary Clubs of Gbagada, Gbagada South, and Lagos Palm Grove Estate.

 

The newly renovated block of classrooms and furniture were commissioned by the District Governor, Kola Sodipo alongside Mr Ismail Idode Omamegbe who is the Head of First Bank, Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability, and the School Principal, Mrs P. O. Oshokoye.

Also present were Presidents and Members of Rotary Clubs of Gbagada, Gbagada South, and Lagos Palm Grove Estate, as well as Some Other District Leaders and Rotarians.

Names of club presidents present were Rotarian Biliamin Sanni Rotary Club of Gbagada South, Rotarian Dr. Basirat Giwa Rotary Club of Gbagada and Rotarian Ravi Kumar

BlackBox Nigeria further gathered a total of 60 chairs and desks were also donated to the school.
