By Respite For Residents As FG Assures To Rehabilitate Ikorodu-Shagamu Road
Commuters of Ikorodu-Shagamu Road can now be relieved as the Federal Government has assured that the all was set for the complete rehabilitation of the dilapidated road.
This assurance was contained in a letter sent to lawmaker representing the Ikorodu Federal Constituency, Hon Babajimi Benson, who had earlier requested for update concerning the road.
The letter which was signed by Engr E A Adeoye on behalf of the Minister of Power, Works and Housing disclosed that a comprehensive design had been completed and the Ministry will soon contract the rehabilitation out for works to commence on the road.
Hon Benson also assured the residents of the affected area that the road will be rehabilitated soon and all affected businesses will rise again.
