By Resident Doctors Embark On Indefinite Strike Nationwide
News reaching BlackBox Nigeria at this moments has it that residents Doctors have proceeded on a nationwide strike to press home their demands. This strike is coming weeks into that of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU).
The strike was commenced after an emergency Executive Committee meeting by the National Association of Resident Doctors (NARD) on Sunday evening. BlackBox Nigeria gathered that the strike will continue till their demands are met by the FG.
While the Federal Government is concluding plans to meet with the demands of ASUU as negotiation continues after the public holiday, no update has been heard about the resident Doctors who just started strike today.
